Take a break to smell the flower. Have a cuppa. Stretch and laze on the grass. This is life.

Used CD
I took up a job on 40 pieces Christmas card and I was really excited. I went to shop for christmas supplies and with some left over Christmas paper, I made some Christmas greetings on used CDs.
I found some CD's from A's cupboard and if someone were to tear away the decorations, it's funny to find out what movie the CD used to store.
Muahaha.
I particularly like the glossy accent on the maya road bird cardboard and I am addicted to gloss every chip board in hand. The one mistake I made was not storing them right and it stuck to each other. When I tried to split them apart, the gloss part was peeled off.
It also works by sprinkling glitter powder on the gloss. They stick nicely and evenly.

Scrap for Phuket
Somewhere in December, the entire family, including the kids went for a cruise to Phuket.
Inspiration only hit me in April.
I didn't manage to load more photos because iCloud isn't working tonight. Not that I am implying iCloud is lousy, but I believe it's my laptop that is not working.
Will upload more photos

Martha Stewart Scoring board

Oh yea, I forgot to mention that I got myself a score board by Martha Stewart.
Awesome.
I like it because unlike other scoreboard it can score in inches and in centimetres. This allows more accuracy and flexibility in scoring cards and envelopes.
Now, I will use the scoreboard just to halve a card.
A must have for pop up cards and mini album lovers. It's now made easier and even more precise.

Piggy
Ah...
An idea hit me like an apple fell from a tree.
I envisioned a pink pig and I pen down my idea immediately and had the urge to work on it.
So I rushed out to buy the materials and was so excited to head home so I can put my hands at work.
I folded the felt into half and drew a semi circle. Erased of two ends and extended the snout.
I added a stuffed tail and an inverted ear.
Once that is done, i added stuffing as I realised piggy has to be fat. I ran out of stuffing and I was so upset that I couldn't go on with my work any further, until I have enough stuffing to stuff my pig.
So I waited for the next day and went back to the same shop and buy as much stuffing as I possibly could.
Now I am left with extra stuffing that I have to go find a spot in the park for the apple to fall off from the tree one more.
