Decorating canister

Someone once told me that I am sticking anything that falls into my view. I can't understand why either. It has become a habit and I actually enjoy doing it - decorating and personalizing things.

I recently bought love letters that comes in canister, not because of the love letters of course, but for the canister~!

They are so ideal to store my stationery and it feels so authentic. They remind me of those tin box that chocolates used to come in and our mom usually store her sewing kit in it. Gone were the days where we store practically everything in a tin. Money, coins, movie ticket butt and even a piece of our baby blanket. I used to keep everything precious that I own in a chocolate tin box which I hide under my bed. Away form watchful prey - my brother.
On the box, I would state in bold "Keep Out!" - AS IF! That didn't stop anyone from opening it, if not, tempting and itching them to pry even more.
